Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and delivery tracking by e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times: Delivery times generally vary between 5 and 10 working days, depending on your location and the delivery service selected. Please note that external factors may affect delivery times.

Delivery charges: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over 180$. Express delivery options are also available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time via our order tracking page.

 

Delivery problems: If you encounter any problems with the receipt of your order, please contact our customer service department at info@ol-vieflex.com. We will resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
